Vanity Fair

Four lovely fabrics called Vanity Fair have just come in.

These are beautiful reproduction fabrics by Nancy Gere. These fabrics were selected from 2 quilts from Nancy's archive and feature colours that were becoming popular towards the end of the 1960's: dark plums, reddish pinks and clear blues.

I absolute adore the wavy stripe fabric up top and love the deep plum one below. Both would be so fabulous fussy cut!

Getting down and dirty

For those of you looking for fabrics for engineers and construction workers (big or little), diggers and dozers is for you!

Fabulous themed fabrics with wheels, bulldozers, cranes, dump trucks, cement trucks and so much more. I just loved this fabric!

I guess I do need to 'fess up that although I run a patchwork shop I acually have an engineering degree. I absolutely feel in love with the contruction scene below, with the cranes laying the pipes, building the bridgesgrading the roads (and stopping the traffic). I do hope you have someone who will love this well!

More Moda Delights

Two more lovely Moda bundles are now available both absolutely beautiful. the first is the pre-release bundles of Wild Rose by Blackbird Designs. This is such a pretty collection I just fell in love with it. We have fat quarter and fat eighth bundles as well as layer cakes, jelly rolls and charm packs. Grab a piece of this collection now. The yardage will be coming in December.

Luna Notte is the other collection. It has just been release and is such a sophisicated collection from the Three Sisters. We have Layer Cakes, Charm Packs, Jelly Rolls and some yardage.
