Darling Harbour

Well what fun we had at Darling Harbour. Thanks to everyone who stopped by. It was great to meet you all. We had a fabulous time. For those of you who couldn't make it, the big hits were:

• Sewline Glue Pen - these are just fabulous for tacking with English Paper piecing. These were so popular we have sold out and are waiting for our next shipment in July.
• Quarter inch hexagons - these tiny papers are so cute and with the Glue pen there is no tacking!
• Just Like Lucy - playing with paper pack 11
• Pie Club -Starter packs, Full paper packs, Blocks of the month and full kits were all really popular.

Now we are ready! We are all looking forward to meeting everyone at the show.Sue Daley will be demonstrating English Paper piecing and needleturn applique throughout the day. We also have some fabulous new patterns from Lynette Anderson so drop by and check it all out!

More of our kits plus last chance for a fat quarter pack

With Darling Harbour less than a week away we have been busy finishing quilts and writing instructions (and as Judy keeps getting inspired to make more quilts I think again we won't have instructions for them all). The crates are packed, then shelves are down and we are so looking forward to all the fun and exciting of it.

This is Judy's Shaggy Dresden single bed quilt - how serious cute is it and it is very quick to make! It uses fat quarters from Everything but the Kitchen Sink and Creamery Fat quarter bundle.

Sue Daley from Patchwork with Busyfingers arrived today. Packed in her bag of wonderful quilts was our stunning quilt for Quiltaid 2010.This quilt is just beautiful. It is so soft and feminine. If you are coming to the Darling Harbour fair make sure you come by and see it as this photo does not do it justice.
