It is always fun putting fabric orders together and wondering what people are going to make with them. Even better is seeing the finished product. We have had an I made it section on the website since its inception and we now have 30 beautiful creations showcased there. From first quilts to award winners we always love seeing what people have made.
Here are a couple of the latest to come in from Danielle. Aren't they so pretty. They both won awards in the local show.
We got the slideshow working on the blog a couple of weeks ago and today it is working on the shop site as well. Hooray!

Coffee Time
How yummy are these coffee fabrics that have just come in from Moda.
They would be great with as a table cloth (which is what I am working on) or as a quilt for a coffee lover.
There are also these great borders as part of the range.

Please stay on your side of the fence
It has been a busy week in the store with over 100 new fabrics arriving. There are fabulous fabrics from Moda including the cute-as-can-be Butterfly Fling.
There have also been some very subtle fabrics from Quiltgate - including fabrics from the Gentle Flowers range and the Mary Rose Collection.
We have also put together a wonderful Christmas Pack - 20 fat quarters for $95.95- this is a great saving of over 15%.
I have to post this delightful photo taken at in the Backyard to the Bush Exhibition at Taronga Zoo. The sign on the right reads "Please stay on your side of the fence" - the goat obviously has a literacy problem!

Piecing with Pizzazz
I received these lovely photos from Sue Daley. I had sent some fabric up to her from the Mary Rose Collection.
I was blown away when I saw them.
Aren't they amazing?

Oh Boy Oh Boy Again
I have had a chance to work on my Oh Boy oh Boy quilt. I have had fun chenilling. Thomas loved this block.
I have also made some stars blocks that I can stitch when I am out and about and I am making some 3D pinwheel blocks like in the Recess quilt.
There has been so much fabric come in recently. We have had the lovely Heritage Fabrics from Moda come.
I just loved the bird fabric. Don't you?
There are also the wonderfully rich reproduction fabrics in the Civil War Dressing Gowns II by Judie Rothermel.

Funky flannel
We have had some lovely flannels arrive in store - the Dinosaur Uproar from Moda and the Emma and Ethan Range. Thomas loved Dinosaour Uproar and has taken a fat quarter as his new snuggly.

Sue's Stunners
I have been chatting to Sue Daley a couple of times over the last few days as we are getting organised to go to the Quilt Market Trade Show in Melbourne. She has just finished this lovely quilt. Isn't it beautiful. We'll be getting the fabrics in as welll as the patterns.
Here are one of the playing with paper packs Sue has redone featuring fabrics from our shop (Pack 7).
