Stash Busting Books

Looking for inspiration for all the fabulous fabrics in your stash? We have fabulous Stash busting books. If you have delving into you stash as a new year's resolution why not try grab one of these books or patterns as a Christmas present. See them all in our Just In Section.

Comfort Quilt Kit

We just love the fabrics from the comfort range. If you do but aren't sure what to make we have the Comfort Quilt Kit (77" x 83"). This quilt is a simple nine patch quilt faithfully reproduced from a circa 1861 chintz quilt from New England.
The kit includes instructions and fabrics for quilt top and binding. It is also available with a dark brown or light blue border.

Comfort - Collections for a Cause Fabrics

The yardage from Moda's latest Collections for a Cause Range - Comfort is just being loaded up.

There has been a huge response to this range. It seems to have something that appeals to everyone.

The traditionalists will love the wonderful reproduction prints delicately copied and fabulous for fussy cutting.

The romantics will love the pretty florals in cream, green and brown.
The paisley prints have a modern feel to them and would look fantastic in a summer skirt!

Plus there are plenty of little prints that join it all together.

Rich New Pre-cuts

We have some lovely pre-cuts loaded up this week. First there is Comfort; the latest from the Collections for a Cause Range. This is such a rich collection of reproduction fabrics. We have charm packs, Jelly Rolls, Layer cakes and fat quarter packs in stock now. I fell ion love with the whole range and we are expecting it all shortly.

Also loaded up is Etchings - a beautiful collection from the 3 Sister. Classic French elegance is captured beautifully in this collection of lush botanical designs, some featuring delicate, sinuous line work to coordinate with the engraved architectural print derived from an antique book the Sisters acquired on one of their many flea market jaunts. Damasks and tapestry prints, as well as a lovely range of woven cotton in warm shades of grey stone, aqua, rich red and ivory parchment paper are reminiscent of stepping off the bustling Paris streets into a grand foyer of a historic theatre with dramatic draperies and ornate moldings.

Wood and Needle Flannel Layer Cakes

It is so rare to have a full collection of flannel from Moda that when the Wool and Needle flannel layer cakes were available, we just couldn't go past them. These are perfect for a guys quilt - Soft and snuggly flannels pre-cut into 10" squares. Mix them with flannel off the bolt for a wonderfully snuggle quilt. Watch out because that is just what Judy has done. Keep an eye out for here quilt soon.
