Darling Harbour

What fun we have had this week at Darling Harbour. It has been three days of non-stop fun. Thanks to everyone who has stopped by and said hello. It has been lovely to put faces to all the names. Fabric designer Robyn Pandolf also stopped by.
She has designed two lovely ranges we have in stock - the new Somerset cottage and the ever so pretty Sumputous Living.

Darling Harbour was also the launch of Quiltaid 2009. This project supports the Addis Ababa Fistula hospital specifically for women with childbirth injuries. 12 australian designers have designed beautiful blocks on the theme Bluebird of Hope. Sue Daley from Patchwork with Busyfingers has designer our block a cute little basket with a bird in it.
Sue has also designed a finishing kit for the 12 blocks. Isn't it beautiful! You can find more about the project here.

It has been drawing a lot of comments at the show. If you are coming in drop by stand E2 and see it

I'd really like to make this and love your finishing set. Sigh. So much to do so little time. Your stall at the show has received rave reviews. Well done!
